• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are limited to a specific time period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to higher VIP tiers happens through active gaming participation. The detailed terms for VIP tiers and benefits are subject to change.

Gaming Rules

All games available on 3f111 are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are stated within the game itself.

6.1 Fair Play and RNG

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Termination

3f111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Violation of applicable laws.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact [email protected]. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed (provided the conditions are met).

8.3 Steps After Termination

If an account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, the existing balance may be forfeited in full or in part. The amount forfeited depends on the severity of the violation. The user may appeal this decision to the 3f111 support team.

Limitation of Liability

3f111 always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, in certain circumstances 3f111's liability will be limited.

9.1 Service Disruption

3f111 will not be liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, internet outages, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, in such events 3f111 will make every effort to recover any losses incurred by the user.

9.2 Third-Party Liability

3f111 will have limited liability for errors in games operated by game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.). 3f111 is also not directly liable for disruptions to third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

9.3 Limit of Damages
